Default Coilover suggestions

I am looking for a quality true coilover for an EG hatchback. I am new to Honda's. I currently have a Audi A4 Avant. But getting an EG hatch for a fun/project/commuter car. So please be nice to the n00b

I am looking for something that rides reasonable and will hold up for some weekend track events. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

everyone loves a set of ground controls, that is what i have on my 96 4 door and work perfect, eibach springs, 1 perch adjusting (not that it matters), and solid price

koni shocks with ground crontrol lowering sleeve is a very popular way to go. I did it on mine and i'm happy. Def do a search in the suspension forums to find a lot of good advice. This question has been asked many times so look in the archived stuff.
