you are looking for a p08 ecu. the differance is the P28 from the usdm civic si/ex uses a 4 wire o2 sensor, and the p08 jdm D15b ecu uses a 1 wire, they are interchangeable, depending on which type of o2 setup you run. hope that helps widen your search for an ecu.

^ yes sir, i know, I am currently using the stock D15B7 wire harness and 4 wire o2 sensor on my D15B vtec. so p28 is for me.
