get AEBS matifold it's pretty cheap and just as good if not better as skunk2 or blox. Try to get a hold of ITR TB, or just bore yours out.

What kind of header are you running. Get an Ebay ITR intake 3" version.

The gains will be ait, prolly like 10whp. If you want more gains. Well you got two options turbo, or built motor. LS motors on crower 404s make some good numbers.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by wspcivic &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">dc 4-1 headers

will the 404's affect the compression enough where it would be more then what the head was made for?</TD></TR></TABLE>

dc sucks
might wonna think about a more expensive header. If you plan on running 404s I suggest you raise the compresion up, so you might as well rebuild the motor.

403s should be okay, but you need valvesprings still.

you could technicaly run 404s if you take of the head and mill the **** out of it, and run a 2 layer headgasket. You got to add the cost of tunning too. Either way you will have to shell out good amount of money.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by wspcivic &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">well i like what i have right now for a setup, its enough power for being a daily driver and it gets 44mpg.

if i could get 25-50hp more id be happy or even just keep the power i have now and try to acheive better gas mileage then what im already getting.

i wrote down the ITR manifold, what about throttle body and headers of choice?</TD></TR></TABLE>

I don't think that ITR matifold fits. get AEBS matifold.

ITR TB might good.

For the header I would choose something out of sparks, AN-R, RMF, rage and so on. Nothing cheap.

I dought you will get 25whp out of all of this without some internal work. Nonvtec cam upgrade will prolly hurt you gas milage pretty good due to the fact that you get pretty irretic idle.
