Anyone have rsx seats in their del sol?im looking for some information and help on how to do it.i have the seats,but just waiting some more help before i get started in the dark

ya, i wouldnt do it if i were u, i have had both Sol seats and Rsx seats and the Rsx seats are higher than my stock civic seats!!! let alone Sol seats!!!

 

i know they fit,ive seen them.....but they arent THAT much taller

 

you need to tear apart both pairs of seats and swap out the seat pans, and then bolt up the del sol rails. i just put s2000 seats in my sol by this method and didn't lose head clearance

 

i cant just swap out the rails?how big of a pain in the *** is it to swap the seat pans,ive never done anything like this and know nothing about seats/components

not sure but i think that the s2k seats are lower than the rsx's. anyways, the s2k seats are hot but i would like better if they had them available in something other than leather!!
rsx in sol (cuz clearence)
s2k (just plain sexy)

they are only high if you use the stock rsx rails

Oh sht i can't deny they look good to my eyes...rsx seats in a sol...thumbs up...but aren't the RSX, something wider thanthe s2k seats...?

I'm the one that did that write up posted ^^^^^ Let me know if you guys have any questions... I love those seats and everyone else that has sat in them or seen them love them too...

 

Hey Split Imige - I'm swapping RSX seats into my 92 civic - read your write up (very nice!) and noticed the RSX seat pans are completely different than the civic pans. It looked like the S2000 seat pans were the same as the civics - any advice on how to swap the RSX seats? Will the seat pan swap work for this application?
