Default Weld over already welded pipe?

I welded up some piping with a crappy flux core mig my old roomate let me use. It looks like crap and likely has holes. Can I grind down all the welds so that everyhting is flush and have it rewelded with a tig or a better mig, or do I need to just cut the pipe before the welds and re do everyhting. If I have to I'll just get some more pipe, aluminized isn't expensive. Here's a picture of the atrocity:

It'll probably weld like **** and pop all over the place if you go over it with tig.

if your not running a crazy amount of boost i would just grind them down. look for any holes and just weld those holes closed.

i KNOW there's holes because I had to fill some holes when i used a flashlight trick to spot holes. if i grind it down, there's gonna be more holes. I won't be using much boost. 3psi on a basemap till i can get to a dyno to get tuned at 8psi. I'm sure it wouldn't cost much to have piping welded together at like 6 joints for the cold side, especially if i cut the pipe to fit beforehand.

It would of came out better if you would of cleaned the galvanized coating of first before you welded it, but I would just grind it down and fill your holes and then grind it down again and paint it.

grind them down and then go over them with again with a MIG. Your guy obviously sucks at flux core its no harder than regular mig just a bit messier. After you wire wheel a flux core weld down you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference.
