Default crx turbo project

I am sorry that I put that post in All motor first.

I have 1991 crx with d16a9 DOHC engine. This is a european engine similar to ZC. I 've got T4 turbo, CP pistons, Eagle rods. What boost can I make? Do I need block guard? What kind of head gasket shell i use? Original honda or custom made. There are no performance gasket for that engine. Do i need any more performance parts for my engine I have XTD aimco stage 1 clucht (that one with red pressure plate) . Will It hold 250HP? I'd need any information with help me finish that project.

Stock Honda headgasket will work great and I would invest in some ARP headstuds as well.Do you know the specs on the T4 turbo? That sounds a little huge for a D16.This should be posted in the forced induction section as well.

Use ARP head bolts, your motor will thanks you kindly for it

I think you can get away without running a blockguard just keep the revs low and make its first journey to the dyno or road tuned with a wideband o2 sensor/meter

good luck

I think you must do custom head gasket more stronger than stock...
