nOOb question about welding!

well im no welder, but im putting together a turbo kit and i have an aluminum flange for the bov, and i needed to know if aluminum welds to steel for the piping? thanks in advance

No. You cannot weld aluminum to steel. You either need an aluminum pipe, or a steel flange.
