I have a 91 HF with a 95 1.6L swap and still running the stocknon-vtec ecu w/ a switch. I bought the car off a coworker and he was the one who did the swap.

My problem is either a high idle, but I don't think thats it. I have the car on jack stands and I turned it on. The driver's side wheel was spinning and it was in neutral and the parking brake was on. Any idea what the problem is, I don't want to just keep changing parts on and none of them help the problem.

I have a p28 ecu and conversion harness coming in the mail, will that help with anything? Thanks guys.


Update: Well I was trying to check the FITV, but I couldn't get the coolant lines off. I put it back on and now the car is running rough and a CEL came on.
