i have a LS motor and i want to do some up upgrades on my head getting it ready for turbo...which do you think is a better valvetrain setup with turbo cams...Crower are Crane???

 

I got crower dual spring and retainer and it was a nice setup.I rev it once to 8500 on my stock ls with crower cams 62404 and it was bad *** setup.but I will never go back to 8500 rpm again that for testing only.
