First off, I have a 6th gen turbo that was installed by a local shop.

I was recently told that I have "chatter" of some sort because my BOV is too tight. I've never heard the BOV, but right below boost I hear a sort of pigeon "cooing" noise coming from around my boost gauge. Is this a vacuum leak?

And, how much should I loosen my BOV, if any, to alleviate the problem?
