I think im running a little rich.... HELP

My car needs to be leaned a little. I have the VAFC 1 but no book with it. Can someone please help me on how I lean out my car up by the VAFC. Pics would be AWESOME and so much appreciated but just a detailed how to would be sufficient.

you should really adjust air/fuel mixtures with a wideband hooked up, or else your sorta doing it blind and playing with FIRE

I assume we are talking about at WOT only since that is all a VAFC does. How do you know it is running rich and please don't say cause the bumper is dirty. Do you have Air/Fuel info?
