transmission problem? a few month ago my tranny just started shirting at around 4500

transmission problem?
hello i have a 90 4dr integra auto with 156k miles and i have had the car for a year and a few month ago my car just started shifting at around 4500 rpm so today i installed a new tranny with 50k on it and still the same problem it shifts at 4500 rpm the car runs perfect except for the alternator is starting to go can anyone help me out
