Default HELP! need info on different seats!

well i tried searching to see what would fit in a civic but maybe i just suck at searching. because i couldnt find any thing, i was just wondering if any of you guys have swapped out your seats for da seats or dc seats, and if so how much modifcation did you have to do to get them to fit?

fact of the matter is im 230 lbs, and my seats can't handle my fat ***, the other day i was reaching for my wallet lifted up my butt to get my wallet from my back pocket and my seat gave way and bent back. i tried pushing it forward from the rear to seeif it would return to regular reclining position but nothing. so now im looking for any thing stronger....

thanks in advance.

Yeah i'm looking for the same thing, I could use some new interior seats. Anyone know if leather seats from a 90-93 integra would fit? I can get a set real cheap

I think Del Slow seats will fit with a little modification. They are pretty comfortable too, and not terribly hard to find... I could sell someone a nice set if anyone is interested.

i was thinking of that but honestly the si seats are a little to flimsy for me...... like i said i'm a big guy, i was looking for an alternative with a seat that had a little bet more structural strenght. and another thing was how hard is is to modify the pan of the seat or the rails for the del sol or the da seats? if worst comes to worst ill find a set of si seats but i was hoping to opt for somthing a little bit stronger and newer.

TIA

I'm in the process of swapping in some 92 Integra seats in my 88 civic hatch.Almost a direct fit,any seats will pretty much fit if you swap your rails onto the newer seats just depends on how much time, patience and know how ya got.
