Dash and taillights out, fuse good, something i don't know?
I noticed my cluster lights weren't working, with that usually comes taillights being out, i check, yup, but the Radio works... I check the fuse, it's fine, i pull it, radio shuts off, put it back in, radio comes back.
What's up...?

Probably a blown fuse in your case from the wire shorting out, get the yellow wire away from a ground and replace the fuse.
