There is a sticky thread at the top of CRX/EF forum page which is entitled: \\\\The Official "Where can I buy an engine/tranny/parts for my CRX/Civic!!////
But, to answer your question directly, I purchased a JDM 1st Gen B16 motor from Hmotors online and they were all very polite and they knew what they were selling. I would recommend them, along with 99.9% of everybody else on Honda-Tech. http://www.hmotorsonline.com

x2 for sure

I went through this guy on ebay for 2 B16 w/lsd's called Jazzproparts. Totally screwed me, never got axles for either motor, one motor looked totally wrecked( the pallet that they came on had the motors sitting back to front and a bolt on the back of one rubbed through the valve cover of the other ) , terrible costumer support, never answered the phone for months after order was placed. Took three months and hundreds of phone calls to finally get my motors.

Osaka
Jazzproparts
Hmotors

+1 for noyanusa. I purchased my ZC swap from there. It arrived in good shape with only the TPS crushed somewhere in the neighborhood of $850 delivered.

When buying motors, always deal with the reputable place even if its a little bit extra. Just so happens that hmotors is not only reputable, but their price are equal to or better then most. I say this from experience not from what I have read or heard.
