Default trouble putting my car in 1st and 2nd gear...

i just got my 96 dx hatchback from the shop. i replaced the tranny, clutch, and fly wheel.

i was pretty excited to get my car back so i could see how it feels, but ended up being pretty disappointed after i drove it home. they replaced my clutch with a SUPER LIGHT, SOFT clutch, which i hate. hopefully i get used to it so it doesn't bother me that me that much. i also noticed that i have to almost force it in to 1st, 2nd, and reverse, sometimes. i'm not sure why this is happening because before i replaced everything, all the gears went in smoothly. can anyone help me out?

Is it easier to shift it through the gears with the car not running?

the clutch may not be properly bled. How does the clutch feel? Can you feel it engauging up top or toward the end of the travel. If it is near the end of the travel it needs to be rebled. Might be air in the line.

yep, make sure the system is bled, sounds like that is it

Also, isnt there a way that you can adjust your clutch? Maybe that is something to look into

check the fluid make sure they filled the tranny. also as someone said before the clutch is probably not bled which could also be the issue as well.
