dont mind the black air vents, i lost one and the other popped out when a guy side swiped my bumper. nothing major just a scrap some autozone paint fixed

that makes sense now. i had a cf hood but the grill part of the hood sat lower than my bumper(00 sedan). and also the grill area, the hood stuck in a few mm beyond where the bumper was. so the cf hood i had was probably made for a 01-02 couple.

the reason it will not fit is:

The coupe and sedan only share 2 things the door handles and the headlights. All other exterior panels are different.

I believe that the side skirts will fit but you have to do some fab work

the conversion has been done a bunch of time. I can post up some pics if you guys want. you will need the coupe fenders, coupe hood, and coupe front bumper in order to make it a nice fit.

I got this off of Carl from 6th gen accord, we had a discussion about this a while ago. the first accord just has the coupe bumper on and the filiment is decent considering. it would look better with the coupe hood though.

so to do this you only need the front bumper, grille, and hood. the sedans look a lot better with the couple front bumpers.

yes. but like the top sedan, you can do it without the coupe hood. I'm going to be getting my car repainted soon and I'm going to be doing this conversion hopefully in the next few months, and I also want to get the 01-02 sedan side skirts. The think about love about the conversion is its cheaper than a lip kit to buy a coupe front bumper, and it looks really clean.

it is a whole lot nicer. but in my case, i just got a wings west lip kit and i'm getting ready to get my car painted soon. if i can source a coupe's hood and front bumper i'll have my guy paint that as well so i can run either or setups.

i'm willing to go up to a coupe owner and ask if they would like to swap front bumpers and hood. but i really need my current bumper in order for my wings west front piece to fit properly.
