i'm plannin on installing a Competition Clutch kit and Flywheel this w/end on my H22 and was wondering if anyone here could help me out on what to do. i have a basic idea on what to do. i did a search and found nothing so if anyone knows where i can search up to a DIY guide or whose willing to help me out. Thanks alot
well.
make sure you use air lol it makes a big difference obviously.
take off the hood.
pull out everything- batt, intake, anti-freeze resevoir.
jack up the car.
take the plastic guard off from under neath.
take off both front wheels and pull out your axels.
start unbolting everything holding the transmission on.
work the tranny out and drop it.
do the swap.
make sure you lube up the throw out bearing.
make sure you turn the motor manually to make sure it doesn't lock up.
put everything back up.
check your ps resevoir and anti-freeze.
totall time should be 8-12 hours.
here's a link to some of the photos from when i did my clutch install:

my car is a integra wouldn't wanna buy the helms for jus the motor but thanks Saosinx for the help i know when my boy did my kit on my integra it took him like 2 hrs so im hopin to get it done in like 3-4 b/c i do have help also
i had a second hand and it took a whole day and still some in the morning. i did have a lot more i did. like i had to drive an hour away to get a new clutch slave cylinder. and i spent another hour getting my flywheel resurfaced. without that stuff i would still say it would take 8 hours minimum. i'd give yourself the weekend-on the safeside
