vtec question
Wire up a 12v light to the wire coming from the ecu that controls the vtec solenoid and if it comes on at 5500 or where vtec is set the ecu is activating it. Feeling vtec on a d series is hard (I've never been able too).
Also, which ecu are you using?

You splice the light into the wire coming from the ecu and going to the vtec solenoid, if the ecu is activating vtec it will light up.
