engine reving to high
89 d16a6 1.6 single cam non v-tec balanced crank and rods stock pistons and rings,shaved head,5 angle valve job,ported intake man,tb bullfrog butterfly,bullfrog stage 2 cam si ecu chipped rev limit at 7000rpm motor pulls damn hard AEM short ram intake 1st gen b16 injectors.
The motor is reving at 3000 rpm and the ecu is give me 3 codes 9,7, and 20. What can i do to fix the problem.

try adjusting the tps because i took mines off on my old crx and when we put it on it was making my car rev at 3000rpms also and than we readjusted it and it reved at 2500rpms and than i took it to a shop and the guy put it back how its suppose to and it idled back down around 1000 so check that or clean our you iacv

HmMm...that sounds weired. usually it would be that when its cold it would be idling high and when its warm it idles fine. maybe if its dying out when its warm and wont start its maybe over heating? thats how my friends car was. it would idle high though when its cold and when it warms up it turns off n wont start till its cold again due to over heating. try to replace your thermostat.
