hi guys my civic wont rev over 3k rpm am pure confussed :/ ive changed the dizzy and the tps sensor and the maf sensor and ive tried changing the ecu and still have the problem.?? and i have no engine light on :/ any help would be great.? thanks in advance...

Check your tps sensor if you screwed it in, because it can be too far left or right. There is a way you can test it to the right specs with a multimeter. look it up on HT.

Another thing you should also check it your timing, it could be too advanced.

Also is it redlining at 3k or bogging out?

yea i was thinking the timing might be off am going to try that tomorrow,its bogging down at 3k :/ sorry i ment map sensor on top of the intake mani,,its a 1.5 v-tec e d15z6 civic and the ecu is 37820-p2y-G01,,i put in a diff ecu off a 1.5 vtec and the engine light came on and gave the code for the tps sensor so i changed it and the light went off but its still bogging down at 3k rpm :/

hey guys went i start the car now it rev's up to 1k rpm and then just die's off and stops :/ but if i pull one plug up the car will run on 3 cylinders and even on 2 but went i put the 4 plugs in it just starts up and die's down and cuts out,,would dis mean the timing is off.? and would it throw a code if the timing was off.? my head is wrecked i changed the dizzy,tps,map sensor and the ecu,,all i can think of now is the timing.? any help would be great thank you..

Your head is wrecked? What is that supposed to mean? Yes, you need to check your mechanical and ignition timing, and also do a compression test.

haa i mean as it has me pure confused tryin to figure out the problem tryed the timing and that seems to be perfect,,would it throw a code if there was a problem with the timing.? all i can think of now is a fuel problem maybe a injector has packed in.? :/ the car starts up now and just dies of straight away as if it isnt geting any fuel.??

Seems to be perfect, or is perfect? Post pictures of the crank and cam at TDC. While you're doing that, do a compression test. You can buy/borrow/rent the necessary tool from your local parts store. While you're there, you should also buy a HEI spark tester (they're cheap), and a fuel pressure tester. After you've posted those pictures, we can walk through how to use each tool to get some real diagnostics done.
