sry man that question is super super vague......

that could range from a drop-in K&N filter, to a greddy turbo kit...

I dont think you will get to 170-200whp N/A without spending some serious money. Your best bet is to do a turbo setup yourself and get it tuned very well. A good tune will make it decently reliable.

A good tune will make it very reliable.

I'm running my semi-tuned car w/ 10psi on a small turbo. I'm making around what your power goals are, if not a little more. Put some effort into searching about crome (www.pgmfi.org). I found crome difficult to start with, but as I do more research and play with it more it becomes easier to use.

If you're not into self-tuning you could look at the Tuner Directory in the FI forum and find a tuner in your area.

People don't realize how reliable turbo setups can be if they're put together properly, tuned well and taken care of. We've come a long way since VAFC/SAFCs and MAP hacks.

edit: If you're looking to doing a mini-me I would reccomend just doing a complete Z6/Y8 swap. I believe it was Bauley Civic that did the original mini-me writeup, and then did a followup as to why you shouldn't do a mini-me.

try http://www.turbod16.com and http://www.homemadeturbo.com.
You can piece together a reliable junkyard kit for around $500-$800. Turbo is the only way you'll make those numbers on that engine.
