I left the stuff in the back?? I don't see what the problem is. Gutting the car should leave you MORE storage room?

If it comes down to function as a "get from A to B" vehicle versus the modest gain in performance you'll see from stripping even as much as 100 pounds from your vehicle, you'd be stupid to do so. End of story. If it won't work for you, don't do it. You don't need weight savings with a turbo B18C

Yup. I used to have my hatch stripped out when I was N/A and now I really don't care. Turbo SOHC don't need no damn weight savings!! If you are worried about stuff for school, just keep it in your bookbag. Honestly though, I would never strip out a daily driver. The road noise is more than enough to make me never want to try that agian.
