Default race seat for a short person

I need some suggestions for a race seat. I'm building a track car for my girlfriend who's 4'10. She sat in my MOMO 1000 Lakes and is well under the shoulder wings. Any one know of a seat that may fit her?

Sparco Circuit. That seat is built for short and small people. My friend who is 5'7" still has to take the bottom padding out to fit him right. The padding is really thick

I'm about 5'6" and fit well in my Momo Start, but I don't think even that seat would really fit someone 4'10". You may want to try a seat like that and fabricate a thicker foam insert that she could sit on.

not really, yes it would work but i fit in the SPG comfertably, and in the sparco i am uncomfertable.

I know of two people who fit into the seat comfertably one is a smaller women who wegiht maybe 120lbs. and the other is the smallest guy i know. He is maybe 5'5 and only weights 100lbs

I would say something like a custom Kirkey or Ultrashield. I have a semi-custom Ultrashield that is based off of the Ultralight Roadrace seat. They basically raised the shoulders and shoulder harness holes 2" and used wrap around shoulder wings instead of the standard shoulder wings. They did this for a VERY reasonable fee, and had the seat to me in 2 weeks!

I got a Sparco circuit, fits my 5'2" wife perfectly. I'm 5'11" and reasonably slim - and it's very tight for me. For smaller people I would definitely recommend the Sparco. Nice seat. Just can't get my own fat **** in it well enough.

Sparco's size chart.

I personally have a set of Sparco Corsa seats in my Subaru and have done many events with rather petite women sitting in the right seat. I find that this seat works out quite well for the slim gentleman as well as women of smaller proportions. Even women with larger round bums tend to also like them due to the way that the bolstering of the seat area is. The common comment is "I feel like I'm sitting in a baby seat."

Since your girlfriend is as small as you are saying my suggestion would be to actually have her go and try out the seats before buying them. It would suck having to go totally custom and then have her not like the seat at all.

I was wondering if you found a good seat that worked for a host person, because I need to find one

Go find a local to you dealer that sells seats.
Try on every seat they have and ask specifically for smaller seats that meet your needs.

I'd also recommend putting in a custom seat mount and not use the factory seat bolts/rails. This way you can get the height exactly how you want it.
