possible to hit 12.99 N/A???
I have an 03 Ap1, I'm gonna go with intake header exhaust, 4.77's, hondata IMG, vafc tuned and drag radials to start with...
this is my daily driver, my track car is a turbo integra I'm rebuilding a motor for.
I've gotten the integra into low low 13's with stock tires, 185 wide with 2.0 60ft times with the basic turbo setup, open diff, no LSD. (building a new motor now).
I'm a pretty decent driver, I can launch FWD or RWD with minor flaws...my question is has this already been done? do you think its possible? I'm at about 300 FT elevation, not too bad.
I wasn't gonna mess with this thing and leave it stock but looks like I'm gonna.
The fastest STOCK ap1 I've seen was 13.6 or 13.7 and that was
to me.
I've heard of 13.2's with 4.77's but I mean you can never tell if people are bullshitting a few 10th's which matters.
I heard 4.57's were mid 13's and 4.77's can do low 13's but I'd like to hear some of your opinions.
its not that important to me just a goal, which I'm thinking is possible with the right conditions and launch.
Well let me know what you think, thanks.

Here is what I can tell ...how much money do you really have to spend on the S2k. The best route to go and its really really easy. Dont buy a exhaust for this car...biggest waste of money ...all you need is the new design J's Header and test pipe. Get a V2 with a spoon throttle body and a VAFC with some Ricks 4.57's and a comptech diff. Finally lose everything in your trunk that night and you will run high 12's all day if you can drive. No need for drag radials...just goodyear eagle f1's
) Same setup I had except I had a hardtop and dished the overated softop on the car and shedded about 150 lbs off the car. Hope this helps! Oh yeah im a noob so you dont have to listen to me if you dont want to ...what do I know right?

Do you have 4.77's? where did you get them and did you upgrade to the comptech housing?

exactly...don't listen to this guy. an exhaust such as the t1r or the j's 70 w/ the test pipes are proven to net at least 8 hp to the wheels. ontop of this, if you're looking at these two exhausts (both single exits) you're going ot drop about 45 lbs in weight. weight loss, and power gain...a two fold attack at your 12.9 goal.
and for all the people who are saying hondata...there is no hondata. VAFC, EMS (my choice), or i believe emanage is another alternative. if you have an ap1, going to ap2 sized rubber in the rear, along w/ a much lighter wheel (rpf1, rm+s, rg, rg II, te37 etc) will definetly help get you there.

i don't have them... (i'm going boost)... but i have driven a car with them...
there should be a group buy on s2ki.com
comptech rear diff would be wise since you seem to want to drag race the car..

if I can run a 13.3 with only 4.77 and an intake, you can def run 12.9 with IHE, 4.77 and drag radials. I am pretty sure that if I worked on it, I could hit 12's with drag radials as is now. i don't have the time, money, or interest to do it though
I believe it's very possible, user "Nishant" ran a 13.3 on stock rubber with just the 4.77's and an AEM V2.
Look up Jack from P1's recent thread, he netted 6hp to the wheels using an AEM V2 and raising the VTEC cross over point a couple hundred RPM's using a VAFC.
If I keep my car I'm going the same route as you, 12's N/A.
I had the 4.77's from the s2ki group buy, a VAFC-II, K&N Drop In Filter, Hondata Intake Gasket, Berk Testpipe, and a Spoon catback exhaust. I think that combined with the removal of the spare tire and tools, and possibly even the passenger seat, 12's are possible. I pussied out however and never installed any of it except the exhaust
I'm going to get flamed for this, but expletive the Comptech Differential! Spend your money elsewhere!

SimbaDogg...you still wouldnt know how to drive your car if Alex Reiger taught you everything about driving. Lets say your theory on the j's exhaust is correct...because yours is...it does net around 7-8hp...but does it net out 11.4 hp without an exhaust and saving about another 12lbs off the car without the exhaust...so yeah dont listen to me I dont know what im talking about. See everyone of you that say you can drive your car into the 12's....thats awesome but how long is your diff going to last you broke back mountain fagots!!! Learn a lil from someone who knows some **** and who actually has had there car longer than you have probably had your license. Thats why all you noobs stay here instead of S2ki.
Mmm...i stay here instead of s2ki? funny how my membership is rolling on 2 years in 18 days on s2ki
. how old are you man, seriously? 17...18? are you angry because i was the one that said you are the misinformed one who said that exhausts are a waste of money? considering that you're post made the least bit of sense, and that you made some kind of reference to brokeback mountain...well, i really have some doubts of your credibility. seeing that you only have a 8 posts on HT, i would recommend you prohibit yourself from this forum, and better yet, pretend that you've never heard of s2ki, we def don't need you there
