95 ACCORD ROUGH IDLE DO TO CYLINDER 1
i just did a swap on my 95 accord and when i first started up it idle great. then we took it for a test drive and died. started it up and drove it back and check comprision and all cylinder are at 180,it got spark and it got fuel. so we took the plugs out of the cylinder and 2,3,4 idles rougher but number 1 stayed the same? what could it be??
bad/clogged injector perhaps? try switching the injector from cyl 1 & 2 and see if the problem stays w/ cylinder 1 or moves to 2.
bad plug ? bad plug wire ? injector not firing ( no power to injector ) # 1 cylinder valves too tight ?
did you try swapping plugs with a different cylinder ?? if so and no change
try a different plug wire , if no change
stick a screrwdriver on injector and make sure you hear it click while car is running ,, if ok
you said compression was all even ,,,
I would then next chk the valve lash

is there some thing that could be wrong with the wiring harness?
