Default Midnight Help!! Cig Lighter, Radio power down!! =)

hey guys, hopefully some of you are awake ande can help me out here. My Radio and cig lighter went dead, i switched out the 15a fuse and still nothing.. tried 2 others and still nothing.. anyone else know what might be wrong? thanks in advance for your help guys!

I'd recheck all of the fuses...that's what it sounds like. I suppose the wiring harness could've come loose as well.

Mine blew out too,and it was the fuse under the hood that went out,I think a 40 amp but i could be wrong.I lost radio clock and lighter I believe.

If I'm not mistaken there is a big fuse under the hood that has to do with those items, too. I don't know if you have checked there yet. I hope I am not spreading disinformation...

hey thanks guys for all the help. found out what was causing the problem. I had a short where my cig lighter is, so whenever i would throw in a new 15a fuse it would blow right away. Thanks for the help though!

Did a coin fall in there? One time I went through like 4 fuses in one car before I found out what was wrong.

back from the dead...sorry guys but.......i have the same problem..checked the fuses in the car, but not sure which ones ot check under the hood...can anyone help me out here???

I posted this a few weeks ago...its the funse underneath the steering wheel..once I changed that out (double check as some time it needs to be re-seated)
I put my post in audio/whatever fourm....
