uhm you tap into the oil psi sensor with a bspt->npt fitting or off the oil filter with an oil filter sandwich adapter. if you really thought about drilling the block i suggest you research some more about turboing.

agreed...it seems like you have some more homework to take care of before progressing on your project. you'll also have to have the oil pan tapped for your return line.

first off what kind/size is turbo is turbo off the sunbird and do you have a manifold that will bolt up to it?

the pic above is the return line, you still have to tap the oil psi sensor or oil filter for the feed line.

yea i know... not sure... its just a small turbo... prolly like 5 lb boost... lol but it spools on low rpm and i think it would be a good turbo for honda... for a daily driver anyways..i was told honda motors will stand 9 lb's boost stock

judging by your screen name you have a 4th gen? an much cheaper and easier route is just to go the DSM junkyard route.

that means you can use a turbo manifold and turbo from a DSM or turbo eclipse, ream out the bolt holes on the header and it will bolt up. then run the oil feed/return lines, make hard pipe and down pipe and make sure you go have it tuned.

whoa man, don't do it. If you think the turbo has anything to do with the amount of boost you're gonna make you need some help.

For oil I recommend that you T-off a pressure line from the pressure sender. Then run the return line to the top of the oil pan, as close as possible to the rim without interfereing with the pan going back onto the engine.

When it comes to manifold choice you can go custom or pre-built, I personally use a rev-hard manifold, not super flashy but seems to be doing the trick. Find out the flange style of that turbo you got and make sure it'll fit onto the mani.

Charge piping can be made to fit by a good local shop as can the downpipe and exhaust. Fuel delivery will be your biggest concern after that. Don't do the cheap ways out like rising-rate fuel regulators. I use a Hondata s200 with boost capability and 440cc fuel injectors.

Other than that, have fun man.

I am also doing a similar build.
Im using a saab 9.3 TD04LH t/3 turbo on a f22 nonvtec. I plan to start with 5 to 8psi untill i do some engine mods to be ready for more.

I want to have a custom side winder header to locate the turbo near the passanger head light. Doed anyone know where i can find something like this or would i need a custom built.

I have questions about drilling or finding coolant ports.

I was Also wondering if i could Get a Link to a site Where i could but the oïl pressure sensor y fitting for oïl feed

Good job bumping a thread from 2006.

1. You REALLY need to do some more research, because saying you are going to start out with a specific "PSI" makes you sound like an idiot.
2. Fabrication shop, but its going to cost you a pretty penny.
3. Ebay.
