Default Noob offset question. (bbs content)

The EG will be getting a set of these bbs rs' which are 3 piece and 15x6.5, et 38, 4x108 (will be redrilled into 4x100). I have no idea when it comes to offset, so please lecture me... The car has GSR brakes all around if that makes any difference. The wheels will be redrilled and will have tires in time for good weather. I am concerned about the offset – if I need spacers and what not. Please help the uneducated.

+38 should be fine for a civic. OT where did you pick those wheels up? I've been looking for a set of 15" 4x108 wheels.

The bigger the offset number the closer the rim sits to the hub. The lower the number the farther away it will be. I think 38 would be fine, do a search for it, I have seen some pretty good diagrams to show it.
