Default Auto climate control JDM????

Hi. I see a lot of the auto climate control from JDM CRX's. Did anyone use this on their USDM? How do you conver and do all the wiring? Any info will be greatly appreciated. I did search here, google and a lot more, but couldn't find any thing helpful. I think I will have to change the heater core, redo the wiring. But, what else? Should I waste my time and money into doing this anyway? Thanks.

I think you're better off using an accord climate control. It's pimp.

everything works, except the hot/cold part, on most peoples setup.

i just relocated that section to the glove box, so ican turn the heater on.

1. The Accord is not stock CRX's, so, even though I like it, but, it's not CRX's. Would like to do all stock parts.
2. Thanks goCRXgo, I was just wondering what to do with the cables on the stock USDM ones. Because the JDM auto climate doesn't have any cable.
I did this thread because there are all other climate control threads out there but not this one. So, just wanted something stock and different. I have link to the Accord's climate how-to and will do that as the last resort. Anyway, thanks for the help, eventhough it wasn't much. Someone out there would have done this before. Speak up please!!

im thinking about just rocking the accord's ac controls.
in my opinion, (and it is just that) if the "original" piece was truely so great and so special they wouldnt all be broken.

it seems the accord piece is a better product, and i am all about some upgrades!

now if i can just convince him to sell it to me outside of ebay!!! hint hint

Here is a complete one that I had in my watched list.

Kick him an email and see if he has one.

I can get Accord climate controls with the wirings and plugs all day for $30, without the *****. Dont know why all the climate controls in this area's salvage yards don't have the *****, lol. If anyone interested, I can get you one for $40 plus shipping, no *****, but, all the wiring will be there and all in good shape.
But, I still want to know how to do the Auto climate CRX ones. It's just a "i want to know it" thing. Thanks guys.
