I replaced my gauge cluster cuz it just stop working so i got a used one from the shop now i am having the same problem. the lights turn on but non of the niddles work and the milage doesn't work either. please help

the stock one stopped working, the niddles would not move at all only the rpm and speed niddles moved

 

Did the replacement Cluster work properly for a while, or did it start screwing up immediately?

only the lights turn on in the cluster thats it nothing else, same as my old luster when it went dead
