Default quick question about stainless steel manifold

i want to make a log manifold and this site has helped a lot on how to make one but all the links to places selling t's and 90 bends dont ship to the united kingdom and i have had a lot of trouble finding somewhere in the uk that sells these parts but have finaly found somewhere

anyway here's the question is 1.6mm walled 316 stainless good enough for a turbo manifold or does it need to be thicker

Most people are running either Schedule 10 or 40 so a schedule 5 may be too thin.

1.5" Diameter Wall thickness
Schedule 40 = 0.145"
Schedule 10 = 0.109"
Schedule 5 = 0.065"

There must be a UK company that stocks butt-weld plumbing fittings. I mean, they aren't made in America, they are make in Taiwan.
