Remove the 17mm plug half way up the tranny. Remove the 3/8 drive plug from the bottom and watch her drain right out. Keep the car levelled, having it ontop of a pit or on 4 jack stands. Then when she's done draining, run some 10w30 thru it to clean up the bottom. Then put the 3/8 plug back in, tight her down, then fill her up with 10w30 oil (non synthetic) until it starts to poor out of the 17mm bolt hole. Let her level off (remember to keep it leveled!!!) then when she's done draining out, plug her up and you are done.

Takes 15 minutes.

EDIT: All trannies on civic up to 95 (stock D series) use 10w30 oil. Using Honda MTF can cause some damage to the gears. It's up to you to determine what you wanna put in. My 93 prelude takes 10w30 out of factory, I'm running GM Synchromesh fluid, that stuff works wonders on syncros.
