Checking tranny fluid in D16 and changing it?
Hey guys i need help with checking the tranny fluid how do you do this and how do you change the fluid in this 98 ex motor

if this is a 5spd:
you check by looking at the tranny plug which sits near the side of tranny on the top. take the plug off and put your finger in the hole. if you feel the tranny fluid at the hole it's good. if not just add until it fills up to the hole. you change it just like you would with a oil change, except you don't replace a oil filter. there's a drain plug near the bottom of the tranny, you'll need a 3/8 drive rachet to remove that plug. takes about less then a 2 quarts to fill it up.
