In the morning my car will not idle up when cold (the car). I have swapped out EACVs and checked the lines (to the EACV) TB, and FIV. The car will not idle up at all and hasn't for a long time. I put a block between the EACV and the intake manifold because it would surge idle until I could find another EACV. I have tested it and the car does see when it is hooked up because when running when I unplug it and put back on the car with idle up and then back down to normal. I have talked to the guys from http://www.preludepower.com and they don't know what to do either.

Could someone PLEASE help me with this! I think this is killing my MPG. I am tired of 17 MPG. Could someone suggest something to check or look at that I haven't alreaady checked?
