Idle so bumpy, car almost turns off - What could it be?
Just as it says up top. There are times when my idle is perfectly fine, then out of nowhere it starts to jump between 1000rpm and 0rpm. There are times when the needle goes down to zero and i have to give the car some gas so that it won't turn off
. I had a problem similar to this a few years ago when i had a second gen integra, turned out i needed a new alternator, but in this case i don't know if it's my alternator or if i'm not getting enough fuel to the motor (bad injectors?) I have a 90 accord with a 95jdm H22. This has been happening over the last couple of weeks. It's beginning to worry me, any feedback will be great. Peace!

I just moved back into the Honda scene back from Mitsu (lancer)
, is the TPS that screw that's always coming lose on the throttle body that needs to be tightened every so often? It if is, i actually tightened it up last week. Still idling bad.

It has been a little while since i've gotten a tune up. That could be the trick. Which is the EGR Valve? - Sorry for the Noobie Question, been stuck in the Mitsu world...
