Is the stock 90 CRX Si cam better than the stock D16Z6 cam???? Will it work with Vtec?

I am in the process of doing some head work and was wondering if it is worth it to swap these out,will it even work with vtec??? I have a 1993 Vtec sohc head and was wondering if the cam will fit and is it a worthwhile swap?? Thanks

Non-VTEC cams won't work in VTEC heads.

isn't the d16z6 cam the same as the crx si cam??? they both say pm3b
