so i took every thing out of my car to paint it inside and out (honda element green) and its time to put every thing back in, so all the wireing is back in. i sanded the a paint to the metal where the grounds go. i get power to the gauge cluster sun roof(its a 91 si btw) but i dont get power to the fuel pump and the the engine bay. when i turn the key i hear the main relay click but i dont hear the fuel pump turn on. and the starter dosnt do any thing. i have check all my grounds, tell me is i missed any

under dash a tri wire by driver door
engine harrnes to motor
motor to car
battery to trans
that is it what eles could it be i have check all my fusses what could be the problem?
