Sorry if this dosn't belong here but this is where most of the expert boost enthusiasts hang out.

I'm taking a shot at replacing the seals on my t3/t4. Ive read a couple write ups but most of the write ups ive studied have had the dynamic seal on the back plate. Mine dosn't seem to have anything that looks like it, i just want to make sure its a carbon seal before i order the rebuild kit.

I forgot to take a pic of my back plate but this is a picture taken from 'ej1 wilcox' thread of his back plate, mine looks nothing like that.
