First set a goal. Decide if you want a daily or a track or a little of both.
Second set a HP goal and a Torque goal.
Last Prepare to spend alot of money.

It's really a matter of opinion rather then logic.

Keep saving, get about $2,000 or so and piece together a decent turbo kit. And boost it anywhere from 6-8 pounds. A decent turbo kit will cost you about $1,500 or so and then make sure you have the car tuned. A good tune will save you a lot of headaches and problems in the future. That will give you a nice boost in power and still leave you enough left over for tuning and maintance. With modifying cars comes problems, so make sure you have some reserve money to fix any problems that do appear.

Get some coilovers, i think handling is much more important than actuall power. If you get a set of coilovers then you will already have a great handling car. my personal list of priorty would go
1. Suspension
2. wheels
3. brakes
4. interior (such as better seats and airbag removal)
5. lightweightness
the way i figure is im young i might as well just prepare my car for the track because nothing i ever do will ever compete with a full blown race car, so everything for my car is made to drive on the street too.
