Default car smelling flooded and not idling right

all i smell at idle is gas! once i get moving it runs fine but while i am sitting at idle it just sounds like it is just saturated with gas, i unplugged each plug wire one at a time and all are firing fine but it doesnt bog down as much as it should, but it does bog, i think it is because the plugs are just getting covered in gas. i replaced the fuel press. regulator, plugs and wires and pulled out the injectors and tapped them to see if they were stuck or something, maybe they are just stuck all the way open? it has to be something to do with the fuel delivery, does anyone have any ideas? let me know asap thanks.

still having the same problem, now the starter is locked up, it will push start just no damn starter!! this thing has me soo pissed right now. please someone offer some advice, i think it must be the regulator, i replaced it with a new one but it must not be the right one still. the plugs are black and sooty as hell! has to be fuel delivery. pulled the injectors out, held them in the rail and turned key, none are just stuck open or anything so must be the regulator or maybe the fuel injectors are too big? help!!
