The DA handling the case involving my R's theft has informed me that one of the suspects was rearrested last week. Apparently he was caught in a Civic with stolen parts. The Civic itself may have been stolen. All VIN # stampings were scratched off on the chassis, engine, and the VIN plate was tampered with. I'm not sure if these parts were from the cars he had already stolen or whether he stole more cars (the PD is investigating that).

This bastard had the audacity to drive in a stolen car while awaiting trial for stealing cars.

The trial itself has been adjourned many times while the defense lawyer pulls some legal bullshit so this f'ing thief can go around stealing more cars.

Well at least now he'll be rotting at Rikers until the trial begins.

 

i hope they get his ***... fuggin thieves suck.

 

They should electricute his ****.

plus the whole court system is so backed up the kid could be out for up to a year as long as he makes bail. that sucks
