Look harder next time.....Tokico, Koni, KYB for struts. Progress Suspension, Tein, Eibach, H&R, this should get you started.
How about a Mugen Sports Suspension Kit?

I had the same issue with my 02 Si. Nobody seems to recognize that they are the same. That is unless there is some part number crossover that I didn't know about. At any rate, I have Koni Sport adjustables and Eibach springs. They work fine. The only I difference I know they had was two different lower strut bolt diameters.

They are working fine on mine. That doesn't mean they will work OK on yours, though, so don't blame me if they don't fit
. I am almost positive the spring seats are the same on the 02 and 03 models. Like I said, the only difference I know of is that there was a difference in the bolt hole size for the lower strut bolts mid-year (I tried to install some camber eccentric bolts but had to send them back to tire rack and get the right ones). I also bought the Eibach springs through tire rack who at the time listed them as being applicable to 02 cars. In the Eibach catalog they list them as fitting 03 and up only. As a matter of fact, I thought I had a problem with them so I called Eibach technical support and they wouldn't help me because 'we don't make springs for that car'. I called tire rack and they were totally helpful and even offered to take them back no questions asked because of the catalog year/appication difference. It turns out nothing was wrong with the springs, it was the ******* poly bushings on my H-Sport roll bars that were squeaking and no amount of grease will make it go away. The bars work great, poly bushing suck for the street. I wish somebody made them in high durometer rubber. I got my Koni's for half of wholesale ($50 a piece brand new) directly from Koni through my ex-employer when I worked there

Ya only diff. is front camber bolts are 14mm for early ep3's; late model 02s (like mine) and all made after have 19mm

Yeah, I had a 02, and I put Eibach sportline on mine. I wasn't real happy with the drop, needed to be lower. Be prepared to have a lot of suspension noise though. Search it on threads, something starts making a noise that will drive you crazy!

Suspension noise is all but eliminated by rotating the upper perch to the correct location. I had suspension noise, and when i took it all out again, and after examining it, saw that the upper perch is not perfectly parallel to the bottom perch. There are small arrows molded in the top hat & perch that need to be aligned b4 putting it back in. Also, regreasing the top hat bearing will assuage the problem if you are using sleeve overs.

Yeah, I didn't have any noise from the springs, the noise is from the poly bushings for the bars. The reason I called Eibach was because I was concerned that there were so many rear coils in coil-bind and I wanted to know if it was normal.

Eibach wouldn't even answer any questions whatsoever regarding this. Tire rack was cool about it. Our spring engineer at work was on vacation so I couldn't ask him but eventually I did find out that it is normal. To assure that there will be no noise make sure the spring is aligned properly like m.kusanagi said and that the rubber tubing that comes with the spring is installed properly.
I love the springs otherwise. I don't think they're too high but that's my opinion. I bash my car around on mountain roads more like a rally car so I don't want it super low, I'm not drag racing it. I don't find that the springs are noisey unless I crank the Koni's up to full stiff, which throws the balance of the car off anyway so I am rarely in that position.

Hey is your car on the ground in the pic? or didja take a pic when its on a jack(stand)?
cuz if its on the ground its sposed to be like that, kinda like helper spring for coilovers (so when the strut is at 100% uncompressed, the spring, spring perch, and top hat are all seated together).

It was on the ground and, like I said, there was no problem. Eventually our spring engineer at work came back from vacation and taught me a little about springs. That was something he mentioned. The next time I had the car on a lift I took a look and most of the lower coils were separated like they should be. Actually, the lowest coil didn't separate and I was curious if the spring was making noise so I got some of those Honda factory spring rubbers that they use to eliminate spring noise. It didn't make any difference.
I ended up removing the bars and the noise went away. I greased the hell out of the polyurethane bushing at any contact points and the noise almost went away but it was back within a week. I really wish someone made higher durometer rubber bushing so I wouldn't have to listen to the noise. I already knew the poly bushings would make noise when I bought them so that's my own fault.
