Default Help car acting funny!!

Just started happening today. When I'm in gear and try to accelerate the car bogs and dies, unless I floor it, even when flooring the gas it still bogs then jumps. It does this at the beginning of every gear. It's weird though because it doesn't happen when I'm in neutral or reverse, when I apply throttle while in neutral it revs perfectly fine or when I'm driving in reverse its fine also. Help me somebody, I thought it was the distributor at first but I checked the cap, spark plug wires, and rotor and they seem just fine. I dont know where else to look.

might be my clutch im not sure if i can adjust it or the clutch is just worn out because id have to almost release the clutch all the way out for it to engage so that might be the problem?

It very well could be your ignition coil also. You said you "looked at it" but that's not a great way of determining whether or not it's still okay.
