Default IACV problems relating to weather? (Idle surges)

Since the weather's starting to warm up here the past few days, my idle has been surging maybe ~500rpms up and down when it's not in gear. Today it was really warm and my idle was jumping up and down...not much but really noticeable to the ear. The tach didn't jump much but you can hear it. I also threw a code 14 (IACV). It also surged in gear when i let the gas off.

Would cleaning the IACV and bleeding the coolant system cure my problem? or do I have other problems? I read the FITV is for when it's cold so it couldn't be that could it?

Sorry if it's been covered but i searched and everyone's idle surge problem was dealing with ~500-1000rpm surges. Mines goes up and down in half second intervals with only like ~100rpm differences.
