go down to honda, its like 5 bux at the most.. the torque on those are really low.. you can't tighten too hard or they snap off like twigs.. just go down there, tell em you need a new valve cover bolt.. they'll show you a picture on the computer.. you tell em the number on the page.. its like $3.50-5 i think.. to change the old one that snapped.. you need to pull your valve cover off.. and the bolt you snapped has either a 10mm or 12mm bolt you need to take off and replace.. really simple good luck.
Just replaced one of mine. Go to Honda and get one for $6, and it will take maybe 10 minutes to replace. Remember those bolts don't need alot of torque to tighten them
Leave the bolt in there until you get a bit of time, this will keep it from spraying oil. Get a new bolt.
When you get time, unbolt the valve cover, and pull it off again. Take a safety pin or something with a very sharp point, some sort of needle. Take the point, and put it in the whole where the bolt snapped. Rotate the pin/needle around in a clockwise rotation around the edge of the threads. You should be able to work what's left of the bolt out. It's how I got mine out when I broke it.
Bolt it back up, making sure to NOT tighten it too hard. The torque specs are 7lbs I'm pretty sure, which is nothing. I learned that when I bolted everything on, and then went around in a circle tightening all the bolts.

All you need is an ez out and a drill. This was a 3 minute fix for me. Just drill a hole down the middle of the broken bolt. Not too big of a hole though. Then take an ez out bit, and tap it into the hole lightly. Then if you are as lucky as i was, you can simply twist the broken bolt out with your fingers.
