Think I'm dumping too much fuel
Sup everyone, I was needing a little help figuring out whats wrong with my car. Well, I was gone for 1 1/2 months without anyone starting up my car. Well when I came back and tried to start it, the damn thing wouldn't do anything. I had the battery charged back up, put it back in, and still nothing. I changed the spark plugs and tried starting it, and still nothing happened. I talked to my GF's dad and he suggest to pinch the fuel line and try starting it, so I did that, and it started. Come to find out, I'm dumping too much fuel when I try to start my car, so now I'm wondering what is the cause of this? Each time I start my car from a cold start, I have to pinch the fuel line in order for it to get started, and after my car is running for awhile and I shut it off, then try starting it, the damn thing stuggles. What can possibly be wrong? Any help would be great
I'm in the middle of doing my valve adjustment, and took some pics of things...How can I tell if my cap and rotor need replacing?

The cap and rotor are short money. if you dont know when the last time they were replaced was, just go ahead and replace them. The pics are fuzzy, but they dont look too bad, and there isnt any carbon tracking inside the cap. The plugs look kinda fouled, but the pic is too fuzzy to really tell whats going on there.
