Default b16 idle problem???? help!

a couple weeks ago my distributor went out so i had to replace it and i went ahead and replaced the spark plug wires as well

after starting the engine it stayed reving a 3000rpm, i drove it around the block and after a few minutes of driving-warming up....it began to rev between 1000 and 3000rpm whenever i had it in neutral or pushed the clutch it, IACV? FIAC? what could be the problem? thanks
