b18c upgrades tell me what you think

Default b18c upgrades tell me what you think

my previous post was asking b16a or b18c 18 out of 18 said b18, so thanks everyone who put there word in! considering i dont know much about the b18 motor and i want it to have a considerable amout of power whats my best upgrades for best $$ ? im thinking 4-1 jdm header, full cat-back, cold air, highflow plugs and wireds, and stg-1 clutch, lightwight flywheel. if you think these are a bad choice or have a better parts please let me nkow ............. i do plan to turbo later when get extra cash !

Exhaust mani will hang low, and only use stock wires/plugs...

Single runner intake mani, bigger TB, and cams with higher revving valvetrain! Also, a chipped sohc ecu running obd1

call me a noob but doesnt the b18c have lower compression vs the b16 or gsr motor? the stuff u mentioned sounds good, but wont it need new rods sleeves pistons and rings to make any sort of real power gains?

well im not to sure about the compression on the b18 and b16 thats really why im open for help i dont really know what i am doing just know that i am tired of having a slow *** sohc d series !

get 4-1 header, 2.5" carsound cat, 2.5" kteller exhaust, ebay short ram intake, and skip the rest.

If you do plan to turbo later down the road just stay stock until you can because you cant use the header or intake if you do.

thanks for the info to everyone. this helps me from spending extra cash ! sometimes you just dont think, even when you nkow the answers until someone else says it

What would the advantage of this be on a DOHC B18C?

im a noob at all this, so im intrested y run a sohc obd1 ecu of a gsr engine?
