Default 98 Prelude Random Misfire

The flashing engine light came on today so I took it to my buddy's shop and had it scanned with random misfire codes. I replaced the ignition wires, plugs, rotor and cap with oem replacements but it turned back on after a couple miles. Any help???

my friends EGR ports caused his cylinder #1 to missfire. howmany miles do you have? have you ever had the EGR serviced? and what kind of gas do you use?

man, i dont know what it is about preludes, but my lude likes to display the check engine light. ive gotten the misfire code and i just changed the plugs and wires and the car was happy for like 3 months. then the light came back on and it was the O2 sensor. replaced the sensor and the damn motor and the light comes back on 2 days later........................

my car has about 95k miles on it. could it be carbon build up in the egr port? because i've never had the port checked out. i'm using premium gas (91-93).

May need to do a valve adjustment. I had the same code awhile back, then I did a valve adjustment, and it went away

My bb6 also likes to flash the CEL randomly for a coulpe of days and it would be misfire on cylinder 2 and 3. Maybe i should go get a valve adjustment.
